Nature, YT

It's been a lot of sunny sunshine this week and we have been exploring our own school backyard.  Each class has had their own art mission, to look closer at local plants growing around us. I don't want to rush it, but Fall is such a beautiful time --the cranberries, the soapberries, the mossberries are all out an about as the fireweed shouts out its warm and vibrant reds and oranges and yellows.  Classes have been exploring paint tints and shades, modelling clay, natural dyes, and more!  Check out our Aug/September Visual Arts Gallery!
